Who is behind Hexa Life?

Matthew Hood is the founder and head coach at Hexa Life. He is a former Australian Rugby 7s and professional rugby player. He has spent over 15 years in high performance sports environments, now translating those lessons into everyday life, for the everyday person. He works with teams, companies and individuals to improve their health and performance.

How much time do I have to commit to this?

We make sure it fits with your busy life, prioritising building small, manageable and achievable habits. We're focused on using time-efficient, bang-for-your-buck tools. No more hours spent slogging away in the gym or doing endless cardio. Give it as much or as little time as you want. The smallest commitment level is one 50-minute session per week. Though the more you commit, the better your results will be.

What if I can only make it to once a week?

All our plans give you access to our online training app, where you can find at-home versions of your personalised program. So you can complete other sessions in your own time, at home, or wherever you choose.

Where is the fitness studio?

Located in the private grounds of the Woonona Shamrocks Rugby Club, Ocean Park, Woonona. 50m from Bulli Beach. Get directions.

How long are the sessions?

All in-person sessions are 50 minutes.

How many sessions a week can I attend?

1-3 sessions a week depending on your plan.

When are the sessions?

Mon – Thurs AM/PM
Fri – Sat AM

How much does it cost?

We offer a range of flexible plans starting at $59/week, designed to fit your goals, preferences and budget.

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately, due to our limited capacity, we can't offer free trials. However, we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all our plans if it's not for you.
