Your sleep chronotype tells you where you feel your energy throughout the day.

When your hormones, body temperature and metabolism are mowing.

Your natural peak performance state.

Some of us are early birds. Some night owls.

It’s not some random BS either. Our sleep chronotype is closely linked to our circadian rhythm (which is determined by the length of our PE3 gene).

So early bird or night owl? It’s in our DNA.
