The bar hang (also known as the dead hang).

Simple as it sounds.

Hang from a bar. Hands over head. For 60 seconds.

Why?

If you lift weights at the gym, your spine is being compressed.

If you carry loads at work, your spine is being compressed.

If you live on Earth under the pull of gravity, your spine is being compressed (astronauts come back to Earth taller because the spine lengthens in space without the compression of gravity 🤯).

And a 1-minute bar hang decompresses the spine. Which can ease back pain and tension.
